How quickly will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order at the weekend, expect your order to be shipped on the following Monday. 

My order is urgent, can you dispatch the same day? 

If you place your order before midday (Monday to Friday), then we should be able to dispatch it the same day. Please contact us by telephone to confirm this is definitely possible before placing your order. 

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

You will receive an email with tracking details for your parcel as soon as it is collected by our courier. If you haven't received this email, check your spam / junk folders. In the first instance check the tracking details to see if there is a shipment delay such as bad weather, or the courier has left you a card to call.

You welcome to contact the courier company direct to discuss the delivery of your parcel, or alternatively please contact us and we will find out the reason for the delay, and anticipated delivery date for your parcel.  

Can I save on shipping costs and combine orders from Yum Yum Kids Store and Yum Yum Store?

Of course! Save shipping costs by placing orders on both websites on the same day. We will refund any additional shipping costs incurred to ensure you pay the least amount for shipping, or, if both of you orders combined exceed $80.00 we will refund any shipping costs and ship both orders for free! 

The only condition for combined shipping to apply is both orders must be submitted and paid for on the same day. 

How do I cancel my order?

Is you wish to cancel you order telephone us Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700, and within 24 hours of placing your order. 

I have made a mistake with my order or the delivery address is incorrect

If you realise you have made a mistake with your order or have provide the incorrect delivery address please contact us as soon as possible by telephone before your order is shipped. Please note you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning incorrectly ordered items, or redelivering orders returned to us. 

I would love to order an item which is out of stock or sold out

Our website automatically indicates products are out of stock or sold out once all current inventory is sold to prevent overselling. Often more stock is on its way, so please contact us to find out when it will be arrive. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry we don't deliver to PO Boxes.
