Make a plan for your day before it arrives. Have a rough idea of what you are going to do and when you have to do it. This will help prevent distractions. Accomplishing simple daily goals will keep you motivated to achieve again the next day. Get organised with a Planner or Diary

3: Know Your Times

Work out the time of that day that you are most efficient and use that to your advantage. Do your high priority tasks during this time.
